APPLICATION FORM
CAREFULLY REVIEW THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA on the ​APPLY 2025 page prior to
submitting this application.  Incomplete applications will not be juried.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2025
IMPORTANT !!!
* ALL MANDATORY FIELDS indicated with an (*) asterisk must be completed, and...
* ALL PHOTOS must be 100% uploaded in order for your application to be submitted!
* CHECK YOUR INFORMATION. All fields to be completed with your full and correct information (i.e. name, business name,
  contact info, email, actual Facebook/Twitter/Instagram URLs, full website URL without spelling errors, etc)
* When your application has been submitted, all fields will disappear and you will see a confirmation screen. 

1) Again, after clicking the Submit Button below (only hit this button ONCE!) ---> PLEASE BE PATIENT! <---- it will take
time for your info and photos to download to us! Do not close this screen until the download is complete and the
confirmation page has appeared.

2) If you do not see a confirmation page, check for an error message under the Submit Button, scroll up to see what is missing  (red outline around missing fields)  and check to see if your photos are attached (a file name should be listed next to CHOOSE FILE) and if not, your image is over the max 20MB file size!  You will have to resize the image and upload again.

    PRODUCT PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:  
    Creative, quality, high resolution photos are an important part of the application and will be used to market your creations at the show.
    Please send YOUR BEST AND CURRENT PRODUCT PHOTOS!  Photos must be clear, crisp and in focus.
    PNG or JPG format (1000px) with a maximum file size of 20MB.  No thumbnail photos!

    *It is highly recommended that items be photographed individually and as creatively as possible using a consistent background without obstructions.  (Please... no tables, chairs, living room curtains, people, etc, in the image!)  Click here on how to take great photos!

    ​To jury and curate your application, we require a submission of:
    *3 IMAGES of your work      representing the CURRENT PRODUCT LINE you intend to sell  PLUS  *1 IMAGE OF YOUR DISPLAY SET-UP.

    PLEASE NOTE!
    Before clicking the SUBMIT BUTTON BELOW -     it will take a minute or two for your info and photos to download.
    Only CLICK the SUBMIT Button ONCE and  --- > DO NOT CLOSE THIS SCREEN <--- until the download is complete!
    It will appear like the screen is doing nothing, BUT IT IS!  It may take a minute or two to download.
    When the download is complete, this screen will disappear and a confirmation page will display saying your application has been received.

    Note:  if this screen does not disappear and a confirmation page did not pop up look for an error message under the SUBMIT Button.
    If an error message is indicated, scroll up to fill in the missing information (red outline around fields) and/or check to see that your product images have uploaded (look for a file name to the right of the "Choose File" button) and re-submit.
