CAREFULLY REVIEW THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA on the APPLY WAIT LIST 2024 page prior to
submitting this application. Incomplete applications will not be juried.

Note: Artisans will be contacted should a space become available in their product category.

IMPORTANT !!!
* ALL mandatory fields indicated with an (*) asterisk must be completed, and...
* ALL photos must be 100% uploaded in order for your application to be submitted!
* CHECK your information. All fields to be filled in with your full and correct information (i.e. name, business name,
contact info, email, actual Facebook/Twitter/Instagram URLs, full website URL without spelling errors, etc)
* When your application has successfully been submitted, the fields will disappear and you will see a confirmation screen.

2) If you do not see a confirmation page, check for an error message under the Submit Button, scroll up to see what is missing (red outline around missing fields) and check to see if your photos are attached (a file name should be listed next to CHOOSE FILE) and if not, your image is over the max 20MB file size! You will have to resize the image and upload again.

SOCIAL MEDIA & ARTISAN PROMOTION:
Mistletoe Magic extensively promotes the event and artisans involved in the festive market via advertising, marketing, social media campaigns and more.
Applicants to have a minimum of one ACTIVE social media account (Facebook and/or Instagram) for regular self- and cross-promotions of the event. Accepted Artisans commit to actively promote the show by the regular sharing of Mistletoe Magic Artisan Show's social posts, promotional art files and the events listing within their own creative communities to help raise greater public awareness and that of their attendance in the show.

PRODUCT PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:
Creative, quality, high resolution photos are an important part of the application and will be used to market your creations at the show.
Please send YOUR BEST AND CURRENT PRODUCT PHOTOS! Photos must be clear, crisp and in focus.
PNG or JPG format (1000px) with a maximum file size of 20MB. No thumbnail photos!

*It is highly recommended that items be photographed individually and as creatively as possible using a consistent background without obstructions. (Please... no tables, chairs, living room curtains, people, etc, in the image!) Click here on how to take great photos!

To jury and curate your application, we require a submission of:
*4 IMAGES of your work representing the CURRENT PRODUCT LINE that you intend to sell PLUS *1 IMAGE OF YOUR DISPLAY SET-UP.
